    Björn Lindström, born 1971 is the Chairman of the Board of Directors. He has approximately 18 years of experience from investments and management of operations. Björn Lindström is one of the founders of Alpcot Capital Management Ltd and Agrokultura AB. Alpcot Capital Management Ltd is authorized by the Financial Conduct Authority in United Kingdom.

    Björn Lindström was one of the founders of East Capital Asset Management AB and Gustavia Capital Management AB and had the position of managing director in both companies. He was also the fund manager for East Capital Russia Fund and Gustavia Balkan Fund. Björn holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.

    Simon Escott, born 1944, has over 40 years of management experience in the oil and gas and petrochemical industries.

    He has held senior positions in large corporations as well as founded and developed several successful ventures as an entrepreneur.

    Simon has worked in a senior capacity for ESSO GmbH, BP Brazil, Phillips Petroleum Incorporated, Elf Aquitaine S.A., Pennzoil/Cities Services (Brazil), Norsk Hydro A/S, Saga Petroleum A/S, Zhetybay Quest Petroleum GmbH, Reliance Industries Limited, the Mannai Corporation WLL and CEO of Pan European Terminals.

    Simon holds an engineering degree (BSc) in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University and an engineering degree (Bsc) in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London.

    He is the founder of Portland Bunkes UK Ltd and he currently serves as the Executive Chairman and CEO of the company. He is also CEO for Cyprus based Pazega European Terminals Ltd.

He is the founder of a company that owns and runs an industrial group in western Siberia. The group’s main business activity is road building and railway transport. He has an MBA from INSEAD and a Masters degree in clinical medicine from Karolinska Institutet

Mr. Potoczny serves as president of Canada-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce. He holds an MSc in Engineering and an MBA from the University of Toronto.

She has more than ten years’ experience of investment management and of working in the financial markets. Katre was one of the founders of East Capital, where she also worked as a fund manager and board member. She has also held senior positions as an investment manager in the European Investment Fund in Luxembourg, and as a stock market analyst at Enskilda Securities. Katre Saard has a Masters degree in Business Administration and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics
