CHANGE IN NUMBER OF SHARES AND VOTES

(NGM: PETS B)

The offer by Petrosibir AB to the shareholders of Shelton Canada Corp. has entailed a change in the number of shares and votes in Petrosibir.

In Petrosibir’s completed non-cash issuance, 155,577,010 B-shares were issued, which increased the total number of Petrosibir B-shares to 354,782,229. Besides the B-shares, there are 9,028,593 A-shares in Petrosibir. After the completion of the non-cash issuance, the number of votes in Petrosibir amounts to 445,078,159, and the total number of shares amounts to 363,820,822.

The new Petrosibir shares are non-cash payment for Shelton Canada Corp. shares and delivery of the shares is planned to commence during next week.

Payment for outstanding options and convertible bonds in Shelton Canada Corp. will be done through a separate new issue of Petrosibir shares.
