Change in number of shares and votes

In October 2013 the number of B shares in Shelton Petroleum AB changed. At the request of Petrogrand AB, Convertible 1 in the amount of SEK 30,000,000 has been converted into B-shares.  The conversion price was SEK 20 per share. A total amount of 1,500,000 B shares has been issued in relation to the above mentioned conversion. Following the conversion, the total number of B shares amounts to 11,970,008. The total number of A shares remains unchanged, 170,580. The total number of votes amounts to 13,675,808. The share capital has increased by SEK 7,500,000 and amounts to SEK 60,702,940. This announcement is made following the registration of the conversion at the Swedish Companies Registration Office.
