In April 2014 the number of shares of series B in Shelton Petroleum AB changed. A total number of 674,693 shares of series B were issued to those shareholders of Petrogrand AB that accepted Shelton Petroleum’s public offer.
Following the issue of shares, the total number of shares of series B amounts to 17,090,042. The total number of shares of series A remains unchanged, 170,580. The total number of votes amounts to 18,795,842. The share capital has increased by SEK 3,373,465 and amounts to SEK 86,303,110. This announcement is made following the registration of the new shares at the Swedish Companies Registration Office.
