Production report for April 2013

Shelton Petroleum’s total oil production in April amounted to 16,260 barrels, equivalent to 542 barrels per day.

At the Lelyaki oil field in Ukraine, the rig has been moved to the new well #310 and the testing process has been commenced. The operator will now perforate a total of 8 meters, install an electric submersible pump and then measure flow rates.

As previously announced, Shelton Petroleum has drilled the new well at Rustamovskoye in Russia to a total depth of 2,565 meters. Wireline log data showed that the well encountered oil. The drilling rig has been moved and a smaller test rig has been installed. The company will now perforate a five-meter interval and perform a series of tests.

Shelton Petroleum has a 45% working interest in Kashtan Petroleum (holder of the license to the Lelyaki oil field) through its wholly owned subsidiary Zhoda 2001 Corporation. Ukrnafta, Ukraine's largest oil and gas company, owns the remaining 55%. Shelton Petroleum holds 100% of the Rustamovskoye license in Russia. The production data in the table above represents Shelton Petroleum’s working interest.
