As previously announced, Shelton Petroleum will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting on Thursday 22 August 2013 at 2:00 PM in order to vote on the approval of issue of convertible debentures. The company has therefore decided to publish the interim report for January – June 2013 on 22 August at 8:30 AM instead of as previously announced on 23 August. At the EGM CEO Robert Karlsson will present the company’s development during the first six months of 2013.
