The Swedish Companies Registration Office appoints a minority auditor in Shelton Petroleum

As announced earlier an extraordinary general meeting on 2 May 2014 resolved that a minority auditor should be appointed in Shelton Petroleum. The extraordinary general meeting had been convened upon the request of Petrogrand AB. On 2 June 2014 the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Sw. Bolagsverket) appointed authorized public accountant Cronie Wallquist, KPMG AB, to participate in the audit together with the other auditors in Shelton Petroleum.

The resolution regarding minority auditor is in force until the end of the next annual shareholders meeting in Shelton Petroleum.
